Rental Policies
- 300 w/ stage or round tables
- 400 w/o stage, mixed tables
- Warming allowed: +$300
- Storage/fridge only: included, no added fee
- Setup (2 hr) + Event (4 hr), max 6 hr
- Latest event end time: 9 pm (cleanup by 10 pm)
- Optional prior-day setup—must arrange in advance
Outside catering allowed (taco trucks, dessert vendors, etc.). Vendors must provide signed vendor contract.
Must clear tables, food, kitchen, then restore space. Excessive cleanup/damage may result in loss of deposit.

FAQs
Q: Can we bring our own caterer?
A: Absolutely! Outside catering is welcome. Please have vendors sign our contract and coordinate with our event staff.
Q: Is alcohol or dancing allowed?
A: No. We maintain a respectful atmosphere: no alcohol, dancing, or loud music. Soft/classical background music only.
Q: When can we access the hall?
A: Rentals include 2 hrs setup + 4 hrs event. If you need prior-day setup, let us know—we can arrange it.
Q: What happens if we need the kitchen?
A: Storage/fridge access is free. Warming food requires a $300 kitchen-use fee.
